It was a beautiful sunny day on July 30th 2022, as many people flocked to the popular Apple River Wisconsin. It is a popular destination where locals can go tubing, camping, relax and have fun with friends . But soon a tragic series of events would leave the clear waters of Apple River running red .
52 year old Nicolae Miu was using his snorkel to retrieve a friend’s lost phone, which a nearby group of youths took offence to claiming he was looking at “little girls”.
As name calling and a confrontation between the group of youths and Miu began, it quickly escalated into a fight, leaving 5 people injured and one boy 17 year old Isaac Schuman fatally wounded after being stabbed in the heart.
Miu was recently found guilty of 1st degree reckless homicide for Isaac’s death, as well as guilty on 5 other counts.
You can just see that this polarising case has left many people online outraged claiming Miu acted in self defence .
But theres also many people on the other side of the fence saying he had time to walk away without killing anyone and is therefore culpable and a murderer .

The decomposing bodies of two missing teenagers Vicky Hamilton & Dinah McNicol who had both vanished from separate parts of the country years before. Now the two young teenagers had finally tragically been found.
