After her mother's death, Karena adopted her 9-year-old brother and graduated from law school at 24. Karena carried around two decades worth of suppressed trauma for the next 10+ years and, after decades of suffering, went on a healing journey. Since then, Karena has written a book, Rise Above Your Story, guiding her audience to acknowledge, release, and rise above their limiting beliefs to create more emotional freedom and self-love.
