It is easy to create definitions for realities of life. You can create a definition for affection or responsibility- even though Merriem Webster has done a pretty good job of this over the last 70 years or so.

But we all do it.

We base our definitions of values of our life on our experiences, strengths, deficiencies, and needs- instead of being clear on the truth and on what we want.

This season is all about rewriting the definitions of life. This is the start of the conversation of what myths are and the truths we should start to identify and live by.

The ones we don't even know that we live with. The ones we hold others hostage to and the ones that the little kid version clings too deep inside.

So block off your time in traffic or your favorite cozy spot to laugh, reflect, cry and ultimately discover the definitions are need an overhaul or deepening. May this season bring your refreshed thinking and more hope between life's moments.

Woman. Just seeing the word invokes many thoughts and ideas- even more so these days. So what's your definition of a woman?
