S2:E4 | Conscious connective breath work and reclamation of the self with Nicole Cargakis

This week is another episode that builds on the last as Josh and Aelish chat with Nicole Cargakis who is a yoga teacher and specialises in human mind, body and emotional experience. She works with breath work and movement that supports humans wherever they’re at in their life journey. Specifically, her breath work technique is described as a conscious connective breath work which is used to guide conscious awareness to the mind, body and emotions that are attached to past experiences that create protective mechanisms in individuals’ personalities that may not be serving them anymore.

If you’re interested in breath work or are noticing there is something that is no longer serving you, listen to this podcast as it provides enlightenment around what breath work can do for you.

S2:E3 | Living with the automatic mind and integrity with Zain Boag

S2:E3 | Living with the automatic mind and integrity with Zain Boag

In this episode we welcome our good friend, Zain (AKA Ziggy) Boag. Zain, Aelish and Josh have an interesting discussion around the concept of the automatic mind. The automatic mind is beyond our conscious thoughts, in which your mind automatically processes information without conscious awareness. Zain touches on this through an example of how he thinks personality is formed through past negative experiences and how an experience in his past has formed a specific attribute in his personality. However, through integrity Zain explains how he is able to acknowledge that attribute that was placed there without conscious awareness and bring himself back to living in the present.

This podcast links education to discovery and offers new perspectives of thinking. If you are interested in delving into self discovery - Listen in! As you will only find enlightenment and a new perspective.
