I spoke with Tiff Chiang, Project Manager at American Express, and we talked about how she and her company had to adapt to the slowdown in customer demand across the globe due to the pandemic. Tiff also spoke about how AmEx leadership has championed diversity and created a safe space for their employees in light of the #MeToo and Black Lives Matter movements. In this episode, students also get a sneak peek into how a "small change" in delivering products to customers leads to a chain effect of changes within an organization and with the relationships they have with vendors around the world.
