I am a Wellness Entrepreneur, mom of 5 (3 biological and step mom to 2) amazing kids, autism advocate, and I help women break free from self limiting beliefs and give them the foundation to thrive in life and business. Because I am a mom with ADHD I get super hyper focused and research a ton of different topics that catch my interest and attention based on what is going on in my life. 47. Wellness, Fitness, and Nutrition: My Current Routine & What Actually Works for More Energy, Less Bloating, and Feeling Confident
In this episode of Obsessed or Not Interested Podcast, I am sharing with you my current fitness routine that is hyperfocused on a few things that have made a big difference for me. I start out by sharing about my own struggles with those energy slumps in the middle of the day, my cravings for processed foods, and the stubborn belly bloat that I struggled with. I managed to conquer these challenges by changing things up with the things that I talk about in this episode. What I used to do started to not work for me anymore and ladies as we age that is ok! Do not settle, continue to investigate and find out what will work for you.
During the episode, I touch on the topic of hormonal imbalances and explain why I believe strength training can be more beneficial than high-intensity workouts. Plus, I stress the importance of managing stress and staying hydrated.
I encourage everybody to concentrate on building strength and confidence, and to embrace lifestyle changes that support gut health and overall wellness with moderation.
