I brought a very special guest on the podcast today! My mom of course :) Our relationship is quirky and fun. We mesh like PB&J and other times it’s oil and water. That’s just the ebb and flow of relationships right? We talk about transitions in relationships, the importance of spending time with one another and overall parenthood.

Question: If you could reincarnate how would you live this life differently? Many of us would be doing something totally different from the things we do in our day to day lives. I believe being able to Check In with ourselves to truly know what we want and how we’re going to live a fulfilling life is vital to becoming our best selves.
