Searching For Clarity Frankie

My name is Frankie. I am a counselling student, library assistant, hobby musician and creative and though I'm not defined by it, I have complex PTSD, now-mild Tourette's Syndrome and recently discovered my asexuality #acecommunity and having had and continuing to have counselling I am beginning to take things easier on myself and explore who I am beyond these challenges. I thought a podcast would be a great way to start looking at issues and subjects I feel passionate about like social politics, art, film and television, music, food and community activism. This is a spontaneous decision, though I have wanted to start a podcast for a while, I just felt I'd post something without really knowing where I was going just yet. I'm hoping I'll find my feet along the way and this can help me get back on them. Thanks for listening and I hope you find something worth your while.
