Today we talk with Benjamin Corliss, who retired from his Navy career and transitioned to a second career in instructional design. Benjamin is currently a Training Manager with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport in Keyport, Washington.

Benjamin shares how his education and experiences in instructional design have helped to elevate the work that he and his team do to serve a variety of learners. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern Nazarene University and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Administration and Leadership degree.

Today we talk with Jason Stasyszen about his bivocational career combining his calling to pastoral ministry and his new role as an instructional designer! At first glance, these two roles seem very different, but Jason shares just how interconnected they are.
We also learn from Jason how education and experiences in instructional design can open doors for greater influence in a current role. Jason holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology. He is an instructional designer at Southern Nazarene University and Worship Pastor at Family of Faith Church.
