Anyway...I can't imagine myself not going to the gym or working out for more than 1 week, but I did ever since the gym are closed and my right knee pain came back after many years of hiding since my teenhood. I share with you how I deal with my right knee pain and how I still manage to start back my fitness routine. I also discuss why a low-carb diet may not be the ideal diet for everyone who wants to lose weight. Unless you're aware of its pros and cons then it is okay to try.
