As a Laughter Ambassador, corporate trainer, and founder of Laugh Healthy, I am a photographer, poet, and published author, who shares purposeful playful laughter as a catalyst for personal and group transformation putting participants in the driver’s seat of their attitudes so they can have the influence and impact they intend.
Formerly a high school teacher, an adjunct leadership professor at the University of Minnesota, and Executive Director of two non-profits, I weave my life experiences into my coaching and wow audiences with my expertise, enthusiasm, and highly interactive laugh-it-out approach toward event planning, corporate wellness, and personal stress management. A champion of overall wellness, I inspire and motivate individuals and professionals to engage in healthy laughter for a vibrant, uplifting, and transformative shift in all aspects of their lives.
