Housing Minister has called for 'significant savings' for Kainga Ora in a not so hidden messages of more cuts on the way to help pay for their tax cuts and to give money back to landlords.

Former Shortland Street actor Will Alexander has begun a hunger strike which he says he may "soon be dead" if the NZ Government doesn't adhere to his demands.

Te Papa Cafe, Zephyr and Wellington Mayor Tori Whanau supported the trans community in Wellington over the weekend as Destiny Church and others rolled through with their conference on checking people's genitals in bathrooms.
