I will be talking about three mental health issues that are very serious and just wanted to do a podcast talking about the sypmtoms and history of these three mental health issues

This is my first episode so im new at this.. Might hear me pause alot because i am pretty much improvising everything im talking about but today i am talking about my life and struggles with addiction.. Every week i will be talking about a variety of things but this week i wanted to kick things off by introducing myself to everyone and letting people get to know me a little bit.
