Mr Anil Mammen is a Professor of Practice at the Centre of Excellence in Teacher Education, TISS, Mumbai and has been an advisor to the Centre since 2015. He is a core team member of CETE's EdTech Research Group and MA Education and Technology programme.

With over two decades of expertise in learning design and curriculum development, Anil has held significant roles such as Vice President - Learning Design at Tata Interactive Systems and Chief - Learning Design and Social Impact at Tata ClassEdge. Notably, he conceptualised the Multiple Learning Experiences Model (MLEx) during his tenure at Tata ClassEdge.

Anil, an active contributor on LinkedIn, has authored articles on education and edtech in mainstream media and has been a featured speaker at prestigious events and institutes, including the Tata Social Enterprise Challenge, National Seminar on Quality in Education (CII, Bangalore), Teacher Foundation (Bangalore), IIT Delhi, and the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), New Delhi.

Dr. LAKSHMI KUMAR  is a well-known Educationist and Intercultural Coach. 

As the Founder Director of The Orchid School, Pune and the visionary for educational process that is meaningful and relevant, she strives to bring teaching practices, methods, curriculum in alignment with today’s generation of learners. She specializes in Social studies, integrated, inter-disciplinary curriculum , inclusive education, and Life Skill Education for young adults, training them for media literacy, critical thinking and decision-making process. 

Dr. Kumar specializes in training culture workers mainly from Sweden – teachers, social workers, lawyers, nurses – to work with multicultural communities. She has been a coordinator and academic supervisor for Sweden-India Project based in Orebro University and cooperation with other universities (Stockholm , Mid Sweden , Uppsala, Lund ) for last twenty-five years. 

Her special competence is in training international assignees to Indian Business environment, especially the HR Processes like hiring, team building, leadership styles, feed back systems, communication styles etc. She comes with vast experience of working in Indian & Multi-cultural business, social and educational environment.

Dr. Paramjit Kaur, Director Arya Samaj Group of Schools, Ludhiana led BCM Arya Model Sr.Sec. School, Shastri Nagar as the Principal for 23 years and brought it on the summit of unparalleled success. 

She received her early education at premier institutions from various parts of the country.
She completed her Masters in Chemistry from Punjabi University, Patiala. She received her Ph.D degree in Education from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She is also an avid reader and prolific writer who has a passel of publications under her belt. She has authored various research papers and articles in newspapers, magazines and Indian journals of repute.

Dr. Kaur has received numerous awards and accolades for her sterling contribution such as Prestigious ‘National Teacher Award- 2015’ by Former President of India Hon’ble Sh. Pranab Mukherjee, National CBSE Teacher Award – 2007, Vidya Ratan Award – 2017, Swabhimann Award – 2016, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Samman Award and many, many more. Special Letters of Appreciation by His Excellency Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Former President of 
India for various projects undertaken are amongst her flights of success and speak volume of her excellence. She worked as CBSE City Co-ordinator for 15 years and was actively associated with Ludhiana Management Association as General Secretary for four years.

She visited Rashtrapati Bhawan thrice on special invitations and led the school teams to visit NASA and United Nations. She is a widely travelled person who has been to various countries.
