    152. How to Practice Mind Yoga for a More Determined and Resilient Mind

    152. How to Practice Mind Yoga for a More Determined and Resilient Mind

What I have learned (and honestly, keep learning over and over again) that no matter how bad you want something or how committed you are to make it happen you will likely still doubt yourself, feel discouraged, and maybe even quit.

This is true in almost any aspect of your life, especially if what you want is wildly different from what you experienced growing up.

So, how do you ensure you don't quit when it get's hard or uncomfortable?

This week on the podcast I teach you a special mind trick that will help you keep going, even when you're brain is telling you to quit.

It helped me create generational wealth (and be the first women in my ancestral line to do so).

It helped me create a beautifully intimate and safe marriage (another first).

And, it continues to help me be in service to the world in big ways that require me to continue to put myself out there in scary ways.

I want to help you do the same thing.

Because when women and people of color break generational cycles of trauma, poverty and pain, they empower not just themselves but the generations that follow them to do the same.

This is how we start to change the tide and create a world that's more inclusive, compassionate and equitable.
