When singer/songwriter Sam Paul's dog, Rocky, died, he decided to celebrate his life in a unique way: by writing an album for him. We follow Sam through making the album which serves as an offering of grief and remembrance. In contrast to our everyday lives, these songs place the dog as the main character, but it's funny what you can learn about yourself when you're the subplot.
