Climate change is an emergency concern yet, many people including policy makers remain skeptical of this phenomenon. Central to this problem is the issue of energy. The use of fossil fuels is a leading cause of climate change however, many economies in the world are still dependent on such energy sources. This has made the switch to cleaner and renewable energy sources a major dilemma in the policy discourse.
