    On Today's Episode:

Roughly 1% of the world is said to be millionaires, and the fraction of the worldwide population that are billionaires are even fewer. So, no bullsh*t, what does it take to become a billionaire, or even a millionaire. The answer comes down to habits and mindset.

Ultra-successful people think and move differently from everyone else. You may have heard Jim Rohn’s quote, “successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.” This applies across the board. If billion dollar status is a goal, and being ultra wealthy and successful is high on your list of priorities, start today with your habits. Focus on the right things that create forward progress, ask the hard questions, and question everything.

In this episode, 5 ultra-successful guests share what it takes and explain the inner workings and habits you can start to adopt and apply immediately. Dean Graziosi is an entrepreneur and investor that changed his life through real estate. Robin Sharma, former attorney turned leadership expert, has written books such as The 5 AM Club and The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari changed his life through spirituality. Ed Mylett is a peak performance expert and author of The Power of One More. Patrick Bet-David is the ultra-successful businessman from humble beginnings and author of Your Next Five Moves. Tim Ferris is an entrepreneur and investor that started the mega successful “4-Hour” self help series among other popular best selling books.

“It is incredibly empowering to know that your future is in your hands.” Keanu Reeves

    On Today's Episode:

Why is being rich something so many people want, but so few achieve. Does being successful guarantee becoming rich? Obviously that requires you to define what success is for you and your journey. The funny twist in all of this is that being rich is so easily fantasized and yet the work it takes to become rich and successful is barely thought of.

Jim Rohn said, “Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.” As hard as that is to accept as truth, it is evident when you look at elite athletes, world-class performers, and the best of the best in any field.

When you watch this, understand that Tom’s drive is always fulfillment, meaning, and purpose. The work it takes to achieve his level of success is not easy nor is it for the faint of heart. It’s not impossible, and it’s not the only path forward, but it has proven to be majorly successful over and over again. The path to becoming rich and successful is going to require you to dig deep and it requires skills, grit, and determination for you to tap into a level of potential you never knew was possible.

When you are unhappy, you may find yourself constantly seeking approval from others, scared to take risks, and hyper focused on the things you don’t have or lack in life. You may unconsciously have habits that are keeping you from being happy, and after this episode you know what you can do to start living with more happiness and intention.

Dr. Rangan Chatterjee is a physician that focuses on successfully treating illness with progressive medicine while taking a 360 approach to health. He’s written multiple books on how to feel better, lose weight, better manage stress and live a happy life. In this episode he’s sharing practical things you can do right now to stop living an unhappy life.

Happiness is a skill we can improve and get better at. It doesn’t have to be overly complicated, and it is super critical to your outlook on life, your relationships, and the state of your overall health. Struggling with health and happiness and not seeing the connection between the two is a mistake we’ve all made for too long.

Let’s get practical and answer these simple questions and thought exercises today:

What are 3 things you could do this week that would truly make you happy and content?
What are 3 things you would wish you have done on your deathbed and regret not doing?
Think about the values that encompass who you are and write them down.

Deciding to live with intention and making the conscious decisions you need to make in order to live a better, happier, and healthier life is free, and it’s the most valuable thing you can do right now for you and the people you love.

The BIG REASONS You Feel Lost In Life & How To FIND YOURSELF! | Jay Shetty

It’s not ground breaking news that the world around you is super loud. Hearing your own thoughts and recognizing your own inner voice is near impossible if you don’t have a regular practice in place. With the right tools, the right resources and the right mindset you can turn down the external noise and increase your self-awareness.

Jay Shetty, former monk, best-selling author and podcast host, recommends that you start by changing your circle of people and refining your ‘why’. Having lived the life of a monk there are experiences and resources Jay shares that are super simple but serious work to implement.

Turning inward to become more self-aware and begin to develop the mental muscle you need to start forming your passion, your meaning and your purpose is a lot of work well worth the effort. Whether your passion is developed through pain or compassion, this episode is your sign to do the internal work needed to quiet society and chaos and learn from your higher self.

“I am not what I think I am, and I am not what you think I am. I am what I think you think I am.” -Charles Horton Cooley

    QUOTES:

“Being able to reflect and observe the different voices inside of us is a great place to start your self-awareness because the biggest challenge for most of us is that we don’t know what we’re listening to.” [2:40]

“The problem is we have a list for the one that we want and we don’t have a list for what we need to become, and I don’t mean become to attract, I mean become to just be. Just get to know yourself.” [15:33]

“We think that when we’re full, we’re safe. Our ego makes us believe that when you’re full, when you think you know is all, that’s when you’re safe. The craziest thing is that’s when you are at your weakest.” [26:26]

“We need to have the awareness of developing the emotional skills that our parents didn’t have.” [32:33]

“The first step is just opening yourself up to new experiences and new role models.” [53:43]

“We live in this perception of a perception of ourselves, hence my identity is what my parents think I should be.” [54:28]

“Your passion is for you, your purpose is for others. Your passion makes you happy, but when you use your passion to make a difference in someone else’s life, that’s a service, that’s a purpose.” [1:03:52]
