Just Sway - The Unofficial Blue October Experience Lucas Peterson

A longtime Blue October fan, Brea W. and Lucas talked on her concert history and experiences and journaling those dozens of concerts she attended through the years!

Brea used her time during the Pandemic to create a tool designed to help those suffering from chronic illnesses or struggling with mental health issues track their symptoms and attempt to bring some clarity, understanding, and a healthier lifestyle back into their world. But this tool she created (the "Healthy Life Planner") is beyond any other planner available and it really was uniquely designed to be a tool that anyone can utilize to enable themselves to live a healthier life!

A great conversation between Lucas, Jackie Rose, and Matt Noveskey took place following the official "interview." It was so good, that it warranted its very own bonus episode!

Gillian Tietz has quickly become a force for good in the ever-expanding sober community. Her podcast, "Sober Powered," launched in June of 2020 and is currently thirty episodes in with no plans to stop anytime soon. The episodes take a unique approach and looks at alcohol through the lens of science, while at the same time Gillian adds in her own personal experiences to make it incredibly relatable.

On stage, Blue October bassist Matt Noveskey has a stoic appearance. Centered, focused, driven - so much so that you rarely see pictures of him with any sign of emotion while he's playing. But behind that passion is a ton of enthusiasm for his craft and the people he surrounds himself with.
