Before listening to the podcast, identify the term, Self-worth which is your extension of Love for Waheguru. You should feel the Naam in every part. Altering the natural state. Sacrifices from the panth. Natural. Acceptance of Hukam. The light within you. These are all lenses to start from to identify the energy of Guru’s roop.
