Many times we fail to recognize and realize the power of what we say. We can change atmospheres and shift thoughts merely by our words. Are you planting positive seeds or seed of negativity?

Many times we talk about our Why and our Why generally consist of taking care of others. I challenge you to make you your Why. We must take time to take care of us, to take care of our bodies, minds and hearts. Self care is so important to be a better you.

The settle can be real. Trust what you know and choose to let go of relationships that are not serving you. Its ok to not be satisfied in your singleness but don't settle there is a match tailor made for you. 

Everything and everyone does not deserve your attention. Make a choice. Choose to be free of the negativity but it starts with you.
