Episode 8 Mo Trudel. As well as being a dear friend, Mo is a design and creative industry specialist and endlessly creative. After following her path to explore her faith, she became the Bishop of Stafford's chaplain to business at Ministry of Work - a charity she set up five years ago and now has several more chaplains in the field. She's also a proud mum and grandma, lover of art and appreciator of quirky cafes and tea rooms. And she buys me the most gorgeous cups.

Episode 7 with Jo Berry. Jo Berry is an inspiring speaker who works to resolve conflict around the world. Sixteen years after her father was killed by an IRA bomb, Jo first met with the man responsible, Pat Magee. This initial three-hour meeting led to them speaking on over three hundred occasions, on a shared platform around the world. Their unusual relationship has been told in the BBC documentary "Facing the Enemy", was featured in the film "Beyond Right and Wrong", and inspired "The Bomb", a play by Kevin Dyer.

The founder of the charity ‘Building Bridges for Peace’, Jo advocates that unbounded empathy is the biggest weapon we have to end conflict. With political, religious and racial divides deepening as global and local events unfold, her words offer a message of hope and encourage us all to see the humanity in others. It was a privilege to spend time with her and hear more about she. as an empath, manages her own wellbeing.

Episode 6 Debs de Vries. Debs is the UK’s “go to” mentor for the determined, creative and ‘out of the box’ thinking woman who is spinning her wheels at her midlife crossroads. She is also a fabulous yoga teacher (she led a group here in 2019 when everything was 'normal'), menopause expert (a very topical subject right now), passionate gardener and free spirit. Wait till you get to the bit about the owl.....

Episode 5 Tamara Alferoff. Tamara's intro on the interview was "Activist. Grandmother. Catalyst. Advocate. Spinner. Alchemist. Pioneer. Retreat facilitator. Mountaineer. Traveller. Wayfarer. Family archivist" and I filled in the gaps with a few other things, like her lifetime of psychotherapy practice. What I found out during the chat is that she used to herd goats as a child..... you think you know someone..... I hope you enjoy our chat. I certainly did.

Episode 4 with Suzanne Noble. Serial entrepreneur and all round creative thinker, Suzanne is currently in the process of fundraising for the growth of her start-up Nestful as well as running the very successful Start up School for Seniors. Business after 50 is buzzing! And she sings too - dirty blues. Wow.
