I had no script, no story, just a heart full of passion, sharing my love for reading, books, and #BrewingKnowledge.

Season 12 and Episode 9 are here yet again!

Isn’t it strange how quickly time flies? One moment, you are young and full of life, curious about everything and everyone. The littlest of things give you pleasure. Enter- the real world. We all tend to lose our quirkiness, love for life, and all the small things life offers. We work, and we run; we run as fast as we can to be the first, sometimes even losing ourselves on the way. Old age, however, gives us a second chance. It's a It's from nature. It allows us to revisit our childhood and experience human dependency at its best.

In Episode 2 of this season, Sandeep Dutt and Brinda Ghosh discuss their insights from reading Chapter II - Wanted Back-bencher Last-ranker Teacher by Kavita Ghosh. Brinda Ghosh, an experienced educator and school coach, shares her lifelong learning journey from being a newbie at Vikasa School to working in various day and residential schools across India.

The topics they cover include the importance of collaboration in teaching, building authentic and sustainable relationships, finding balance as an educator between work and learners' approach, dealing with high-risk behaviour in the classroom, and understanding the various stakeholders of learning.
