New Decree on Electronic Export Incentives

The Decree on Electronic Export Incentives was published in the Official Gazette dated 25 August 2022. The Decree sets out the procedures and principles on incentives to be provided to companies, marketplaces and retail e-commerce sites in their export processes from the Support and Price Stabilization Fund. -
Important Amendments to the Distance Sales Regulation
The Regulation on the Amendment of the Distance Sales Regulation was published in the Official Gazette on 23 August 2022.
Save for provision regarding the obligation of the card issuer on refunds of the amount transferred by the seller, service provider or intermediary service provider, which will enter into force on 1 January 2023, the amendments will enter into force on 1 October 2022. -
Recent Developments in the Healthcare Sector
The Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Authority recently published the Guidance on Good Distribution Practice for Medicinal Products for Human Use and the Guidance on Risk-Based Good Clinical Practice Audits. In addition, it has amended the Medical Device Regulation and the In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Regulation. Moreover, the Ministry of Health recently amended the Regulation on the Cascading of Health Service Providers.
