    Information is a vital tool to acquiring the knowledge we need to grow and better our lives. Without it, stagnancy is inevitable. As good as information is, if we are not careful to sieve it, we may end up having what is called information constipation. Too much information is not good as it can become counterproductive to our growth and even make us worse off than people without information. Our generation is blessed with a lot of information flying about, there is hardly any subject matter you want to learn about that a content hasn't been created for. We have access to blog posts, social media, google etc. but we also need to be careful of what we believe or what we allow to curate our belief system. This is the reason we need a SIEVE.
