When re-doing my bathroom floor, I was told to get a transition piece. A piece that will tie the two spaces, my on-suite bathroom and my bedroom together. It evoked a great analogy for our various life transitions from our old life to the new life we are pursuing. 

To minimize the stress that comes with all these transitions, we can use all kinds of transitions pieces to enjoy the ride, and not just to suffer through. In this episode, we will explore together what they are, and why we should care to have them in place. We will be challenged to come up with our own creative transition pieces. Receiving my passport in the mail had me thinking about what that symbolizes: The key to my independence and freedom to roam and do what I love. 

There are numerous such passports in a symbolic kind of a way, where we need to get that something in order to unlock our independence/freedom.   What role do they play in your and my pursuit of a successful life 2.0? A major one. An essential one. Without obtaining these "passports", we get stuck and unable to expand successfully to the new levels, upgrades of our current life. We are stuck living in fear and old messages playing on the loop in our mind.

What is so special about holidays? And what is so stressful about holidays? Why should we care about creating and maintaining traditions, rituals and holidays anyway? They anchor us for once. I wish someone would tell me about this long time ago. 

If you have lived your whole life in the same community, this may not make much sense to you, but if you have friend, who have moved, this will shed some light into what they are going through, and how you could help them, or at the least, hold space for them.
