My struggle with anxiety!
Between childhood trauma, a sick first child with throat issues and kidney failure, death of loved ones, health issues, marriage pains and the trauma of sexual assault against my 3 children this past year, I had a nervous breakdown! I had already struggled with anxiety prior due to past traumas, but this one really tipped the iceburg and sent me spiraling out of control! If you struggle with anxiety your not alone. Trauma! God you get the glory from it!
I recorded this episode on a whim! Felt the lord speaking to me about trauma and how beautiful it is when you see it from his perspective! Ive been through some very heavy and dark moments! I didn't go too deep into specifics, but that is soon to come! I however shared my heart and perspective and hopefully gave deep encouragement about emotional pain and suffering! I didn't have an outline and I have a good feeling I will continue to operate this way as a channel! Feels more natural for me that way ❤ I apologize for the awful sound quality as I misplaced my good mic and was operating from my smartphone while text messages flooded in a few times🥴 Working out the mess for next episode haha😜!
