    This time the Spice Girls’ song ‘Spice up your life’ is the song that has stuck with me and made this simple weekend one that left an even more lasting impression on me.

    Music is such an incredible force, one that allows us to create lasting memories and emotional connections. In this episode, I want to share one of those memories with you and show you how music can enhance our experiences and relationships.
