Taking a page out of the Savior's play book Skye Fagrell wrote a book about how to make incremental improvements in the 4 areas of our life that the Savior showed us were most important.  This episode got me excited about setting and achieving goals in a super balanced and healthy way.  If you are feeling in a bit of a slump (who isn't these days, thank you Covid 19) then give this episode a listen and check out Skye's book!
