Look who decided to show up. Swancasting! We are releasing this episode just in time for Gatsby's American Dream reunion show. Every DGD fan knows and loves Nic Newsham. We start off talking some halo but quickly dive into how he TURNED DOWN the opportunity to be DGD's lead singer. Its been a while but do we have a band for you swan core fans. Meet Pulses! They bring the funk and they ooze with style so many styles. Not your typical post hardcore band they stand tall above the rest. So shake up your daily post hardcore playlist and add their discography. Shane got an opportunity to talk to the guys after sick show. Unfortunately he was drunk like shit. Some times when you do an interview you have to drag the answers out of a band this time Pulses kept the ship afloat.  We will definitely be doing a full interview with them in the future before they are too big to talk to us! 

Zac is back! Do you guys even read the description? Ill make one any way so I remember what happened. I think I may have blacked out from all the exclusive he gave us. Anyway I guess we didn't screw up too bad on our first interview because Zac Garren came back on and gave us some   great nuggs. We talk about his song on the new DGD album, his new releases with (ex DGD , ex a lot like birds,  and current royal coda front man) Kurt Travis, his new solo album and the new strawberry girls album.  We talk about his other projects including Gordon Bombay a hidden Mod Sun album.  Zac is the best ! We speak with Legendary post hardcore producer and engineer Kris Crummett.  We could hardly contain ourselves. He has had a hand in just about every band you know and love in the post hardcore music scene. From acts like Dance Gavin Dance, Tilian, Issues, Sleeping with Sirens, Emarosa, Crown The Empire, Hail the Sun, Royal Coda, Closure in Moscow, and so much more!
We talk in detail about what it was like working with Dance Gavin Dance back in 07’ all the way to present day, what went into creating the new hail the sun record, Kris’s specific methods in studio to bring a band’s unique sound to life, and so much more. They say he has the “Midas Touch” and based on his track record I think they may be right. If you like anything post hardcore you definitely don’t want to miss this.
