TheGr8Cypher is a gathering of Chicago’s HipHop community, curated by TheGr8Thinkaz Media Collective. Honoring the authentic nature of the HipHop cypher, the Thinkaz provide a free space for artists to perfect their craft while gaining organic exposure. As its name promotes, the Cypher demands that artists practice Gr8ness in every bar, verse, & freestyle that they present.

Our community cypher allows creatives from all walks of life, from emcees, to singers, and artists alike to gather and exchange energy through barz, movement, and sound. This cypher took place in June 2020 at THINKSPACE Chicago — considered to be the rebirth after a time of distance. TheGr8Thinkaz also partnered with TRAPHOUSE Chicago to host a food drive and activate our emcees to Feed 79th Street.
