The wait is over Tuesday afternoon the response from Kendrick Lamar made its rounds on the internet—a surprise to us all and cause for an impromptu episode. I did my due diligence on this one Dissecting the diss from the cover art to references I'm sure the masses will overlook. Join me as I go through this track with a fine comb and share what I found to be fact and what i took from the song as I Diss-ected the six-minute attack. Rico's Wave
After a week of high activity, I took time to let you all catch up and get a much-needed break. I definitely missed the process and it shows. Episode 237 was dedicated to three gentlemen who personify Hip Hop in their own ways. From DJ Kay Slay a Man who played a part in every element of Hip Hop, to Shock G one of the culture's most talented and original characters, and of course the man behind the title Rico Wade. I open with a musical tribute to just a handful of his contributions transcending the genre while highlighting Rico's Wave. Then to avoid another pod surrounding so-called beef I briefly discuss the latest Kendrick diss that was soon deleted from DSP's I'll fill you in. Something For All Y'all
What was an uneventful Friday of music releases may of just been the calm before the storm. Saturday seen the biggest artist in the world drop his response to "Like That" when "Drop And Gimme 50" made its way to the public. I give my take on the record and breakdown the meaning behind the bars. While Drake chose to address the field many by name only one took it upon themselves to fire back. Rick Ross responded with "Champagne Moments" just two hours later followed by a numbers of social media posts trolling Drake. Now BBL Drizzy is trending and we are all still waiting on Kendrick to respond. I give my take on it all and what could and should happen next. The Stage Is Set
Now that a great weekend in sports is finally wrapped up join me as I break down the past 72 hours that was. From Friday's slate of games that saw teams from each conference of the NBA fighting for playoff seeding, to a great UFC 300 card, and of course, Sunday's NBA games that concluded the 2023-2024 regular season. The family and I spent our weekend in Sacramento attending the final two home games for the Kings and rode the rollercoaster of emotions that came with it, from blundering another huge lead on Friday night to dominance on Sunday afternoon. I'll tell you why our fate was sealed Thursday and where we stand now that the dust has settled. No matter who your favorite NBA team is "The Stage Is Set" for the play-in scenarios and soon the NBA Playoffs as a whole. I give my best case and biased predictions as well as what I think will happen in my heart of hearts. All that and more on episode 21 of Unprofessional AF Sports!

The Humble Hitter
Wanted to edit this more thoroughly but been out and about so before it goes any further this is one I’m really proud of. Unprofessional AF family comes back and reunites for another episode. Quincy taps in from Little Rock and updates us on what’s new with him both music wise as well as life in general. Then you know I had to ask about this whole rap beef that’s taking over our feeds and even tap in and check what his thoughts are on the Diddy situation as well.
