Mr. Simon Hopkins is a successful entrepreneur in the investment management industry with more than three decades of professional experience.    



In 2011, Mr. Hopkins founded Milltrust International Group, an award-winning, FCA authorized investment platform. He also serves as founder and Chairman of Milltrust Agricultural Investments Ltd (MAI), leveraging a broad international network of leading local agricultural partners and offering institutional investors access to farmland portfolios diversified across geographies, climates, and crops. Besides that, he provides corporate advisory and undertakes capital raising activities for agricultural projects. MAI currently manages 16,000 hectares of farmland in Australia and New Zealand for UK local authority pension funds and family offices.  



He founded the Fortune Group, an award-winning alternatives investment advisory and fund of hedge funds business, which became one of the UK's pre-eminent multi-asset advisory firms managing over USD 7 billion in 2006. It has clients in 24 countries and a focus on pension funds, charities, and endowments, as well as a number of the world's leading families. The firm was successfully sold to the UK-listed financial services group, Close Brothers Group PLC, in 2006, culminating in its full integration in January 2010.  



Mr. Hopkins started his career at S.G. Warburg and UBS, subsequently holding senior roles at HSBC James Capel and Nomura International.   



Mr. Hopkins was born in Staffordshire, United Kingdom.  His family was farming in the United Kingdom and Australia for three generations.

Ruchi has also worked with Golden Seeds, an investment firm in New York, and New Silk Route Growth Capital, a PE firm in Dubai. She has mainly focused on healthcare-related investments at both firms.

Andrea Romano (Andy) is the Executive Director and Responsible Officer of Biz B Finance Group Corp Limited, a Hong Kong-based boutique wealth manager.  In his capacity, he is currently responsible for:

- Credit risk management

- Risk reporting

- Legal capital requirement



Prior to this role, Andy was Partner of Thesys Wealth Management Ltd in Hong Kong, and Head of Risk Management at CMB Banque Privée (Suisse) SA and SG Private Banking (Lugano-Svizzera) SA, both in Switzerland.
