Welcome everyone to episode 3 of the Happy Sales podcast! Where we inspire sales people to perform better.

Today, we’re interviewing one of my personal superheroes and a true inspiration, Callum Eade. He's completed  16 FullIronman triathlons, as well as over 30 Half Ironman races.

In 2011 Callum was diagnosed with Testicular cancer, it was after overcoming this challenge that he started his relationship with Tour De Cure.

Since then, he set up - Channeling a Cause supporting cancer research for children, back in 2019, his initial goal was $100,000 and swim the English Channel.

He was not only able to smash his fundraising goal, but also become the 2nd Fastest New Zealand male in the history to cross the English channel.

Callum is now inspired to complete the Ocean 7 challenge and will no doubt once again be smashing his fundraising goal of $1Mn for cancer research.

Callum is currently working with UiPath as the Vice President of Sales for the Mid-Market segment and shares some brilliant leadership insights, coaching lessons and sales stories. I was fortunate enough to catch up with Callum in between one of massive session.
