EP3: Callum Eade (Channeling a cause, coaching and endurance)
Welcome everyone to episode 3 of the Happy Sales podcast! Where we inspire sales people to perform better.
Today, we’re interviewing one of my personal superheroes and a true inspiration, Callum Eade. He's completed 16 FullIronman triathlons, as well as over 30 Half Ironman races.
In 2011 Callum was diagnosed with Testicular cancer, it was after overcoming this challenge that he started his relationship with Tour De Cure.
Since then, he set up - Channeling a Cause supporting cancer research for children, back in 2019, his initial goal was $100,000 and swim the English Channel.
He was not only able to smash his fundraising goal, but also become the 2nd Fastest New Zealand male in the history to cross the English channel.
Callum is now inspired to complete the Ocean 7 challenge and will no doubt once again be smashing his fundraising goal of $1Mn for cancer research.
Callum is currently working with UiPath as the Vice President of Sales for the Mid-Market segment and shares some brilliant leadership insights, coaching lessons and sales stories. I was fortunate enough to catch up with Callum in between one of massive session.

EP2: Christina Tubb (The Galapagos, revenue and diversity of talent)
Christina Tubb, a binational individual with a fascinating background in technology and finance. Raised in a household where dinner conversations revolved around software, technology, and product upgrades, Christina pursued a career in consultancy before joining eServGlobal in 2009. Her work there included launching some of the first mobile wallets in emerging countries and extending mobile financial services to unbanked people from Kenya to Afghanistan.
She is also an accomplished cyclist, recently placing on the podium, and a passionate advocate for building technology for people's safety and property On this episode of the Happy sales Podcast, we learn from Christina Tubb, we listen to her journey from helping fishermen get paid in the Galapagos Islands all the way to launching a market leading cybersecurity business in Singapore.
