This podcast is THE most calming, caring thing i've ever seen on this app. Emma speaks about topics and stuff everyone can relate to and it makes you think about everything in another light or perspective. It's a refreshing feeling that nobody is perfect and everyone can make mistakes. The kind of thing that makes your anxiety go away and puts a warm sensation all over your body.
It's the reason I keep going on some days.
