Expressive arts therapy is an exciting way of working therapeutically. It uses creativity and intuition to help us (and our therapy clients) move from one expressive media to another. This fluidity allows one form to influence another, helping to ‘heighten and intensify our  journey inward’. Using different media in counselling also relieves symptoms of stress and burnout in us as counsellors!

Irene runs Introduction and Certificate level Expressive Creative Arts weekends face-to-face at the Tara Centre in Lancaster, UK and online. Discover more about them on our website here.
You can book the introductory weekends on the website here. The groups are small about 8 to 10 people and all creative materials are supplied. The weekends cost £300 inc. VAT
