Episode 7: Wind, waste, water and sun-energy at the long run

Episode 7: Wind, waste, water and sun-energy at the long run

In this episode we will learn about green, clean and renewable energy resources. Renewable energy resources are those which are replaceable in nature and never run out like sun, wind, water and biomass. Green energy comes from  resources which does not produce any pollution like solar power, wind power and hydro-power. While clean energy is electrical energy produce from a source which don't release any pollutant to the environment like wind power. Energy from bio mass is renewable but not green because it produces CO2 in the atmosphere.

When things like plants and materials go to waste, they complete a linear economy. This economy is a straight line because it involves sourcing, producing and consuming materials that are subsequently go to waste. Resources become trash instead of contributing to more useful causes.

A circular economy involves reusing, recycling and repairing all kinds of waste from plants to water. That way , the line becomes a circular ans businesses, people and communities can reduce the amount of garbage they produce.
