Depression is a mental illness no one would wanna suffer from. Thus it is important to understand the symptoms and see if you suffer from it or no, or just in case? But! There are people who use it for self actualization and in need of appreciation from society or craving for attention?, or even, to be popular in social media? (The worst) HI! Depression as the new trend for self actualization
We tend to believe in the terms “we know ourselves better than anyone else” and ignoring the probability of our loved ones thoughts about our other true personality. Based upon that thinking, it is common for people to self diagnose regarding to how they feel about themselves and without noticing, destructing themselves in a way they did not intend to.
