This week Phil and Andy had the extreme pleasure of sitting down with the one and only Dec "The Bandit" Larkin. Dec is an ever present feature of Irish MMA now days, he is a former professional
competitor and now a superstar referee. Dec is now also the head of officiating at the global MMA brand Brave Combat Federation. We talk what makes a good referee, Dec's fighting career and what it is like being a world traveller with Brave. Dec is a modest person and has achieved a great deal in the MMA community and is someone who committed to improving officiating standards and fighter safety; Dec is also a guy who simply doesn't get the credit he so richly deserves.
