Hello, welcome to Maninthorn’s podcast episode 1

My name is Tan and hope you enjoy listening to this podcast.

Feelings is such a big and complicated word, can you believe that this one word can mean so many things. Sad, angry, happy, love those words are so..different but they do have one thing in common, feelings.

And in this podcast, I will be talking about the true definition of all those feelings.

Sensitive Affective Disorder or what is commonly known as SAD is a type of depression that’s related to change in seasons. Sadness is an emotion which occurs when you feel disappointed and hopeless, like other emotions sadness is something that all people experience from time to time. Then, how do you fight sadness? Smile, fight this devil with your bright gorgeous smile, delete all your negative thoughts. Who cares if I’m not pretty, I love myself. You think I’m ugly? That’s not my problem, I want to be pretty, I want to be better for me not for you. Once you can get rid of all the negativities in your life, trust me you will be the happiest person on earth.

Anger is a secondary emotion towards someone or something you feel has purposely done you wrong. Don’t get me wrong, anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express your negative feelings but most of the time, anger mostly would cause you problems. Cause once you’re mad, sometimes it could be hard for you to control yourself. It would feel like your madness is controlling you. The true emotions behind anger are anxiety, shame, sadness and fear. The way to control this madness that is controlling you is that you have to control your anger, stay calm and breath. Think that problems are just steps, steps that lead to you being a better person. Feeling angry is not a shame, if you know how to control them. The greater your storm, the brighter your rainbow. Stay strong, there's a rainbow after every storm. You'll never find a rainbow if you're looking down.

Once you found the rainbow the first feeling that you’ll experience would definitely be happiness. True happiness is when you understand, appreciate and accept who you are as a person. Feeling of joy, satisfaction, and well-being are the most common causes of happiness. I mean, everyone wants to be happy..right? Positive thinking plays the main role in happiness. Get rid of it, negative thoughts, we don’t need them because happiness depends upon yourself. It’s not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness.

What’s that feeling, why do I feel butterflies in my stomach? Oh no, stop blushing. What are these feelings? Some of you may or may not have experienced these feelings, but you did you’re in love, yes, love. Why do we love someone? Usually, we fall in love with a person that we find attractive and appropriate for us. But..why do we love someone so much? It might be cliche to say that you love him because he makes me want to be a better person, but isn’t that true? True love will transform you in so many ways. When you love someone, you suddenly find yourself wanting to find so many new things, because the heart sets what is invisible to the eyes.

In the end, feelings can be fatal. We just can’t seem to control our feelings all the time. Feeling does work in cycles, think about it, you love you lose you’re sad then you cope with your sadness and feel happy again. It’s just the unstoppable cycle that existed without you even knowing. I hope after listening to this, you will understand yourself better. Again, my name is Tan. You’re listening to Maninthorn’s podcast episode 1. Thank you for listening and have a nice day.
