Ronnie talks openly about how his physical health is really important to him, particularly highlighted by his dad, who he sadly lost earlier this year. 

He also speaks about the importance of looking after your mental health, something he realised when he went through a divorce at 39.

This all fits in with this year's International Men's Day theme, "better health for boys and men".
