Chris Janke is a father, author, and host of the “Health in the Real World” podcast. He has been a  personal trainer since 2004 and places an emphasis on first building a strong foundation and continuing from there. He is a big fan of bodyweight training and progressing in a safe manner. He aims to help his clients build strength, flexibility, and core at the same time. It was great to talk to Chris and learn about some of the more basic, yet no less important, parts of the human anatomy that should be focused on to live a truly functionally healthy body.
