In the final episode, an exhausted Jacob calls Ari Stidham for a check-up as he reaches the 72 hour viewing mark, and then completes a wrap-up of his marathon with special guest Tyler Durden; exploring why he did it, whether it was worth it, and what he can take away from it for his own self-improvement. Dr. Nicole Byer then joins the podcast to complete Jacob's final mental examination.
