Anthony and Sadie Rossano | Episode 19

Anthony and Sadie officially opened Gilford Local Eatery in July 2021. They have worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years and always wanted to have one of their own. They felt their small hometown needed a place for the community to gather and enjoy themselves. The location used to be a restaurant 15+ years ago and Sadie actually remembers getting ice cream there as a little girl. It was sitting vacant and used as a storage shed for many years. Renovations were all completed with the help of family and friends and is now fully open and operating as a family business.
Gilford Local Eatery offers simple, homemade comfort food made from fresh and local ingredients. They have live music on weekends and the best outdoor dining vibe around. Make sure to check them out!
