This week I sit down and recap on my memorial day weekend activities, living it up in Austin, TX. Before diving into a long over due conversation about friendship breakups. What to look out for with those red flags in a friendship and how to navigate a breakup. Friends should never hold you back from your dreams & should only bring good energy into your life.

This week I talk to y'all about relationship advice. After being in my relationship for 10 months & single for 5 years before that, I wanted to share all the things i've learned. Whether you are single or in a relationship this will be a great episode for you.

Why did Just an Era start? Why am I podcasting alone? I answer all the questions. Along with what jobs I have had the last 10 years & my biggest business mistakes i've made within the last 3 years. From trying to open a gym and losing thousands of dollars.

Sam sits down to re-introduce herself. Starting all the way back in High School to current time of 2024. Sam opens up about a lot this week and being extremely introverted and dependent on her past relationships. Over the years she’s had many lows from break-ups, her dad battling cancer, being cancelled on the internet to moving across the city and feeling extremely home sick. But from each low she’s been shaped into the person she is today.
