Each week there will be a new meditation for you. I also love to talk with other energy healers and people who love meditation to explore as many different modalities but on the whole this is a resource for you to find a moment of peace and quiet in your life. I am a teacher of the Chakra system and a Yoga teacher of 20 years. On this podcast I want to share the value and benefits of meditation, yoga and the wisdom of the chakras. Who am I? Meditation
This is a classic meditation technique to explore today and it centres around the question “Who am I?”. The purpose of this inquiry is to light up your consciousness. To become aware of, and find space between, the thoughts, the thinker and the one who listens.
When we practice this kind of awareness of the Self, we can get closer to discovering ourselves, to understand better who the “I” really is. When we begin to see that we are more than our physical bodies, more than our ego, we can begin to realise that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are only the outer layer. That your consciousness and awareness are beyond them.
It's a meditation that takes more than one go, in my opinion! It takes practice! I hope you enjoy...

Heartbreak Meditation
Heartbreak is one of the most painful yet unavoidable human experiences that we can have. It shows us how much our heart is capable of, the capacity to love so deeply, that the heart is willing to risk the incredible pain of heartbreak for the opportunity to experience falling in love... When our heart breaks it is the heart chakra that we feel breaking - and it is the heart chakra that we can mend through intentional practice.
In this meditation I will help you to lean into the emotions and move through them towards a healing place.
This was a special request from a listener and so if you have a subject that you would like me to address please let me know!
I truly hope that this meditation helps you if you are heartbroken - and if you have unhealed pain from way back then use this meditation to heal past heartbreak.

Evidence Meditation
In this meditation we consider how the brain is really just a big ol' problem solving machine - ask it a question and it will find the solution, it will answer the question. When we can observe that this is the case it becomes really important to ask the right questions! When we ask "why can't I ever get anything right?!" it will give you 1001 reasons why... So you begin to see the importance of the QUALITY of the questions you ask yourself. This is the subject of our meditation today. I hope you can take this with you into your life...
