In an interview with Mark Scott AO, Matt discusses his 20+ years’ experience in banking including his appointment to CEO two years ago after intense scrutiny of Australian banks during the Royal Commission into Financial Services Misconduct, how CBA is regaining customer and community confidence, and more recently, what the true cost of the Coronavirus pandemic for CBA and its customers.
