Episode 11 - The Power Of Breathwork - With Othership Guide, Stella Jordan-Sharp
In this episode hosts Megs and Dan chat with Stella Jordan-Sharp. A breathwork guide from Othership in Toronto. Othership is described as a space for transformation, a place to explore the sauna to sweat, ice baths to drop-in and a commons to be yourself with others.
In the month of March 416 has partnered with Othership and Stella for some offsite expereices with their Sauna and Cold plunges. Plus an intimate breathwork session and 416 that is open to all members. On top of that 416 members have access to the Othership breathwork app to for the entire month of March.
In this episode Stella discusses the power of breathwork, how to get started as a beginner, how to use your breathe in stressful situations and even takes Megs and Dan through a 60 sec breathing exercise.
