Ep 480: Mastering your hormones with Dr. Jannine Krause

Hormone replacement therapy is still controversial despite a plethora of research de-bunking the cancer - hormone connection found in the Women's Health Initiative studies. Sadly so many women are missing out on the benefits of hormone support. At the same time there are hormone clinics popping up in strip malls and corners all over the states and women are receiving super high dosages of hormones that have them showing up in my office with side effects looking for a "more natural" approach. In this episode of The Health Fix Podcast I share what I've learned over the last 17 years of working with hormone support naturally, using bio-identicals and a fusion of the two.

The importance of ensuring all your detox pathways are working well to tolerate hormones Why hormone support is not a one size fits all situation How you can mix herbal and bio-identical hormone support successfully Why women are using bio-identical hormones in peri-menopause to ease the menopause transition
