My name is Julie Rocco, and my purpose is to offer hope, healing, and happiness to individuals struggling with thoughts of suicide. In the depths of my own attempted suicide, I could not manifest thoughts of hope for a better, brighter future. The enduring pain and suffering eclipsed any glimmer of light, love, and life beyond the shadows of my pain. Hope was snuffed and suicide became my only option. I, like many others, am one of the fortunate who survived. This podcast will share "Rays of Light" illuminating What I Would Have Missed moments from individual submissions. We will also have more in-depth conversations with survivors of an attempted suicide and those who struggle with thoughts of suicide and ask them to reflect on their journey from suicide to living a life that considers and celebrates "What I Would Have Missed." The podcast will also feature family, friends, and colleagues of the guest as well as professionals in the fields of health and wellness. Listen anywhere you get your podcasts, and please rate and review the podcast and share it with others, if you enjoy it.
